Yes. Once you’ve filed a claim with your insurance provider, please share the claim details with Unlock so we can help you navigate the repairs to your home.
- If you receive a claim check, you will need to send it to Unlock in most cases for endorsement. You also may need to send it to your mortgage provider as well. This process is typically facilitated by USPS and/or FedEx.
- Once we receive the claim check, we will endorse it and return it via FedEx.
